is phlegm removed from a body on its own..?wt are the remedies plz suggest...

A. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child. For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block. Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing For fever and paind give paracetamol Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink
