is phenergan safe for 2 year old and what ml will give to 2 year and how many times?

A. 3 times can be guvwn ti baby. Cold and cough may be just transient due to wheather changes . Steam can be guven to baby safely 2 to 3 times in a day . Asthakind LS drop can be given of the cough is troublesome .
