Q.

is pain killer like combiflam or similar salts safe while feeding a 2 months old baby?

A. yes you can take paracetamol even during breastfeeding phase. take antacid with that. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective

A. hello dear. you can use paracetamol for backpains, headache as well apart from fever. it is completely safe.

A. Hundred percent if you’re not allergic to that particular salt you can take any medicine based on that and whatever is comfortable for you the one you are saying you can take that otherwise if you’re not allergic you can take Dolo 650 that is also a very good one to be used for the same
