This is Normal process of teething and you should not be worried as far this but still it would be better to get a proper guidance by your doctor regarding any such kind of query so that anything should not be missed . so a proper guidance can be taken just to rule out any other possibility ...

Yes Absolutely your child is getting its teeth and here’s the diarrhoea could be because of that because it’s very commonly associated with it that is what the paediatric dentist say so you should consult your doctor they will help you in getting control over diarrhoea and start my tablet number 21 under homoeopathic medication that will help in easing down the process
