Is mother's food(eating sweets & spicy food) will effect the baby (like cold, cough attacks, and motions) if its effects what precautions should be taken

Yes If you eat something that’s not appropriate for the current time that yes it is going to affect your child mostly you can have everything you should just avoid having refined flour too much of spicy food and anything which is very heavy for you to digest just you can have everything and very moderate quantity
