is lying on bed during breastfeed is safe ..from my baby nose milk is come out is this the reason....

A. it's gerd further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required . Its always better to take the guidance by the concguerned person with the geniune advice ...
