Is lactose free formula milk doesn’t let the baby gain weight?

As i am giving Simliac Total Comfort to my baby due to his severe colic pain as suggested by his doctor this milk is Sucralose free. I heard that sucralose free milk doesn’t let the baby gain weight. Is it so? Please guide

Its Not at all like that lactose free milk is only given to the child if your child is having diarrhoea or is allergic to lack toes to the child and it had does not have any concern with weight gain it is just going to work like simple formula feeding for the child
