is it true that after delivery should not eat ice cream, gassy food nd all restriction in food during breastfeed

A. If you notice that each time you eat something your baby becomes fussy, try avoiding the food for a while and see what happens. Many mothers have reported foods such as kale, spinach, beans, onions, garlic, peppers or spicy foods cause infant gas, while many babies tolerate these foods just fine.

A. As with most major milestones, babies will start to walk at their own pace and every baby will be different, but a good marker is any time between six and 18 months. Learning to walk is a slow process.
