Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 weeks agoA. yes mam, you can take the tablet. try to keep a gap of atleast one hour between taking the medicine and feeding the baby. also give eggs and chicken and chicekn soup to the baby. give soaked dry fruits and roasted makhanas.
