Is it safe to take B Complex Forte Sunbeplex capsules if I am breastfeeding.

but have any supplements only after consultation with doctor according to the prescribed dosage
consume a balanced diet having variety of food groups

I am having mouth sores. I am afraid to take any tablets because I am breastfeeding. I have done all natural remedies as per now but the sores are not getting better 😔 that's why I consulted you in order to find out can i have b complex capsules.
