Also online consultation can be taken and it will also be helpful in getting the proper guidance .

Yes It’s absolutely safe if I’m not mistaken doctors do advise it to be taken after pregnancy because it’s a multivitamin that one should be taking so you can take it very well for six months to 1 year because a body has a lot of deficiency and weakness after delivery
