is it safe to take 1 mefthal spas in each period? I somehow end up taking one due to the pain. will it have adverse affect on other organs in the long run?

A. you can take my during your periods that will be no problem but you should focus on taking more of protein rich diet during your period which will help relieve the complaints of pain

A. yes it will be harmful in long term. adequate rest is sufficient in routine.

A. try to avoid taking medicine during periods it's a natural process try to tolerate the pain....or u can take hot water bottle ( sikai) it can relief ur abdomen pain
