is it safe to give vit d3 60k powder weekly to my 2 yr 9 month kid as per doc suggestions

A. hi if it is Prescribed by your pediatrician,you can give it as per his/her prescription. but personally I believe that if a child is happy and active , gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need of such extra medicines.
