is it safe to feed stored breast milk? stored in refrigerator?

Hi mom Yes you can store by expressing your milk Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Stay hydrated Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals Take healthy protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply
