Is it safe to clean baby bottle with bottle liquid cleaners ? if so suggest me best cleaner

Babyhug is very good you can use that for your child and in fact other brands like pigeon and all are also good so you can go for any or you can use a regular dishwasher that you use for yourself if you want because after cleaning the bottle anyways have to either sterilise it or boil it so it is good every ways or any detergent that you use
