Is it safe feed soild foods to baby making lying on legs?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. no dear you should never feed the child in lying position this can be a choking hazard also most of the times child is fed in lying position on the legs where the hands of the child are held this is force feeding does not developed a healthy eating behaviour

Author of questionMom of a 3 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. Ok.. Thank you Dr. But my son doesn't eat by himself and nor feel hungry so I have to feed him forcefully.. Can u please suggest me how to make him eat by himself with no force feed?
