Q.

Is it right to feed jaggery instead of sugar to a 6 month old baby? i often feed it by adding jaggery to the porridge, is it right to do so?

A. no, jaggery should be add in baby food after 8 month. Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland.

A. hi yes it is ok. no problem jeggary is good source of calcium and iron so it is good for your child health
