No no of course not see I must tell you this thing the who standards are not applicable for every single child that takes birth in the entire world it is just an average expectation that is that you have to understand this thing that every child is born with different words statistics so plus and -2 that is completely fine because every child has its own growth it is not totally based on WHO standards
