Q.
is it possiible to relactate and how much time it take if due to some medical issue i have not breastfeeed baby for 7 days and milk supply is reduced??

In such case you should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan and start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. We should also add jeera and ajwain in your regular diet. It will help in increasing breast milk. still doesn’t get results to continue giving formula milk and there is no need to give anything else till baby turned six months old.
