Q.
Is it possible to increase breastmilk only through pumping? My 2 month old baby doesnt latch at all. I am taking shatavari, expressing multiple times but nothing is working.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, One is it is a natural production, so you could try to also enhance with dietary intake , such as include garlic, flax seeds, dry fruits , panjiri,oats, drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves, jeera or ajwain or saunf water , milk etc

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello yes you can express the milk and feed the baby which is not a problem on a daily basis but use a BPA free bottle like babyhug when you are feeding the baby which would be safe and absolutely nothing to worry not a problem
