is it okay to give no worm syrup to baby of 2 and a half year baby if he is not eating anything his weight is decreasing becoz he is having worms in his stomach

A. Dear parent, it is fine to give deworming medicine to your 2 and half years old baby. However, consult your doctor regarding the exact dosage. Ideally, deworming should be done every 6 months.
