Please consult your doctor as he might suggest anti fungal medicines that are safe for nursing mothers. This easily transfers to the baby as well. Use breast pads to keep the breasts dry. Breast pads inside the bra will soak up extra milk on the nipples or from a leak. Dry the nipples after feeding sessions. Wash and clean your breasts with water or you can use a mild soap. Avoid wearing tight clothes and bras.
