Is it okay to breastfeed while having headache?

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. yes you can breastfeed. the headache will not spread to the baby through breastmilk . sleep well and keep yourself well hydrated. eat well and take good care of yourself. your priority will be to have enough breastmilk. so eat well and frequently breastfeed .
