Is it okay to breastfeed the baby twice a day once after stating solids. I’m giving solids 3 times a day and feeding my baby during night before sleep and early in the morning

A. dear mum, at the age of 7 months, breast milk should be the primary source of milk for baby. you can breastfeed baby more than twice a day. apart from 3 meals in a day, you should breastfeed baby on demand.
