Is it ok to not have omega3 during 2nd and 3rd trimester??

Hello ma’am Omega-3 has other things also into it so it would be advisable for you to consult your gynaecologist and if she advises you to go for Omega three during your pregnancy and your trimister then you can go ahead with it because they have a much better knowledge over it and it completely depends on the pregnancy that you are having
