it’s still important to make sure you wash your hands often, avoid coughing or sneezing near your baby

Yeah absolutely it is not a problem your child is not going to have any problem you breastfeeding the child during the fever time we have even advise Madras to continue feeding their cage when they were Covid positive so a mild fever is not anything in front of that
