Q.

is it ok to give watery food like daal/ rice water, soups etc after 6 months. as they have poor caloric values?

A. Yes you can give no problem and sous are very healthy whether they are of vegetables or if lentils and are highly nutritious so they can be given and give semi solid foods and keep feeding

A. good morning you can definitely start giving banana puree and rice water to the child is have high calories this will help to make sure that the child is able to gain some healthy weight and is able to have energy
