SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, please avoid spicy and oily food. You can add a drop of ghee for ragi porridge and give. If you can give ragi porridge, vegetable purée, fruit purée, rice and dal porridge. Make sure there is a gap of four hours between each solid feed.
Avoid salt, sugar, honey, citric fruits, dry fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year.
