Q.

Is it ok to give my 4 week old baby cow's milk and lactogen 1.....? Because i m unable to breastfeed him.... Milk is not producing in enough quantity... Plz answer me.

A. Cow's milk should be introduced to the child only after 1 year of age . Earlier introdbguction of cows milk can lead to micro bleeding in the digestive tract. It's also deficient in iron vit E,C and essential fatty acid. It's also lacking ideal proportion of protein and fats present in breast milk or any formula milk .
