is it ok to give Apple juice with skin for 1 year old

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, can give. make sure to clean apple well , n remove wax coating on it's skin. better to preffer giving whole fruit than juice. Give all family food in soft and roughly mashed form.
