is it ok to eat pizza (panner topped) while breast feeding

Uma RamMom of 2 children5 months agoA. Hai good morning !! As pizza base made of maida might cause digestion issues ( Maida hard to digest ) to baby as you are breast feeding. In addition sauses also cause digestion issues as they all are processed foods. Better to have 1-2 bites of pizza than having slice .
