Is it ok to apply numbing cream before ear piercing for 4 years old girl?

Uma RamMom of a 8 yr 1 m old boy8 hours agoA. Hello good evening !! Yes it is ok to apply the numbing cream before ear piercing . As the numbing cream makes the area which has applied numb no pain ,so while and immediately after ear piercing the baby won't feel much pain ,however after a few hours take precautions like applying cream for healing fast.
