is it OK to add garlic and ginger in small amounts to potato for 6months old??

A. yes, it can be added in small quantity. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

A. baby has completed 6 months then yes you can add Ginger or gallic in the food of the baby this is good for the digestion as well but first right in the Limited quantity only to know whether your baby is liking the taste of it or not
