Is it ok if we use too many tonics for a 9months baby in a day like 6tonics?

You have to give all these tonics only if it is advised by a doctor otherwise there is no need to give any medication to your baby. Now your baby is nine months old and baby should also take proper meals so you have to maintain babies diet plan according to that
