is it ok if I give my daughter brown rice with different vegetables instead of white rice....

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Yes you can give but make sure you cook them well as they are heavy to digest so they should be cooked well before giving to the baby and even white rice is also fine

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, Uou can begin with giving brown rice after 10 months of baby's age. Then it would be better. As till white rice is better. As it is tried and tested. But if you still wish yo give brown rice then better to ask the doctor and go ahead.
