if your supply is too fast then better feed in lying position to reduce flow.
if flow is normal then always feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions and give colicaid drops thrice a day

If The posture of the child is not right while taking a feed then obviously it is normal for a child to joke that way so just keep your child into the right posture whenever you are feeding the child otherwise or if you still feel the problem is there then consult your doctor
