Is it normal to experience heavy periods four months after delivery via section?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. in case of C-section your uterus is not fully contracted at the time of child birth as compared to normal delivery so chances of heavy bleeding often happens due to late uterine contractions happening due to hormonal fluctuations. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, Year! It is normal. It was the case with me when I got my period back after pregnancy via c section. I have had Ashokarishta ayurvedic medicine 3 bottles course. It has benefited me a lot. Eat healthy and nutritious food. Take milk twice in a day.
