is it normal that the periods becomes irregular during postpartum

A. yes absolutely. use contraception. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Yes. When you resume your period cycle that after that up to 5 to 7 months the cycle can be sometimes irregular abnormal upside down the flow can be heavy the flow can be like the periods can be for a longer duration for six months it is there but after that still if you face too much problem or in between period it’s too much of problem for you then consult your doctor for it
