hi doctor after my first delivery i got my periods after 6-7 months.now it has been 3 months bt there is no period.is it normal to have irregular periods after postpartum?

For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok
