is it normal baby just born 8 days baby took 1 hour above feeding ?

Rutuja VaishnavMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. please look out for proper latching. your baby should latch properly most of the aerola part should be in baby's mouth. If it is taking more than hour then baby is having shallow latch. you can try good latch or you can visit to lactation consultant.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. Maybe the capacity of the child is not proper and that is why this is happening because kids learn to latch on slowly but still one hour is too much for you to feed your child I recommended to consult a lactation doctor regarding this problem
