Q.
Is it necessary to give zinc n d3 drops daily? Still 4 months I was not gave any drops becz I dont know abt it befr 1 week I started both, after consumption of zinc my baby poops n gesturing like vomiting for whole day.. my baby is exclusively bf.. can I stop zinc? I am worried.. whole day she gestures like vominting

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if you are giving your baby exclusively mothers breastfeeding probably there is no need to give vitamin and zinc supplements to the baby since the breastmilk will meet all the requirements of the baby
