Q.
is it necessary to give deworming medicine, iron, calcium supplement to kids. my baby is 3yrs old and till now I have never give him any of these nor my treating dr advice it.

iron n calcium need can be advice after examination only.. not all kids need ot. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
