Q.

Is it necessary for a 2.5 year old baby to consume cow's milk daily? My baby doesn't drink milk at all, but she eat fruits and other food. She drinks milk once in a week or so. Is it OK?

A. UYou should go for full cream packet milk or buffalo’s milk maybe that would be much more tastier and healthier because a lot of kids do not like housemate and if Milk is not consumed by your child in any manner then at least try to give good amount of curd and Paneer every day
