Q.

Is it mandatory for a child of 5 yrs to drink milk everyday... my son simply runs away.. and drinks after every 2 days ... I too get tired and make him drink only when he likes to... M I doing something wrong ... his weight is 19 kg.

A. Hello mom no not at all that’s fine .. don’t tense your self on that as far as he is eating well and active for his age no issues at all. Milk is a good source of calcium and protein so you may replace on the days he does not wish to have with panner or curds , ragi , eggs , dry fruits and nuts , dals and channa , rajma etc

A. Hanuman know it is absolutely fine let the baby interest get more priority because that will help him to accept the food as it is you can give other supplements picture provide the reach of calcium and other nutrients you can go for millets for your baby that will help supplementing the milk needs
