burp well after each feeding..
Giving water at early age leads to water intoxication in little one.

No When you are breastfeeding the child or you are giving formula feeding to the child that has enough amount of water into it so it’s not recommended to give any extra water to the child you can only introduce water to the child completes the age of six months not before that
