As this is the time which is needed for a baby to learn to eat properly..
So to maintain good health it is being advised that breast feeding should be continued till two years of age.,""

If you have been breast feeding then you can continue. It is totally upto the mother whether to breast feed or stop feeding post 6 months of age of your baby. Good luck and take care
