Q.
is it even possible to bottle train at 10 months ? how many days to expect baby to get trained ?? mommies pl share your experiences.. facing a lot of issue as my bm stopped very abruptly a month back and my baby is not accepting milk from katori - chammach or sippy cups or bottle

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. The baby may have a nipple confusion. If u r parallely Breastfeeding as well as bottle feeding then u may try using Medela calma bottle and teats. It worked for my kids. This bottle works similar to Breastfeeding. The milk won't come unless the baby sucks. It will give the same feel as feeding from the mother. You may give it a try. Try in a dark lit room and feed with the bottle by holding the baby as though u r bottle feeding and try when the baby is too tired. If the baby is ten months old it can be quite tricky as the baby will be mature enough to understand we are faking. Good luck though. With constant effort you should be able to make him drink.
