What is dangerous that’s not here to me if you’re asking high weight is dangerous then yes if the weight is much higher than the parameter it could really be bad for the health of the child because it is an indication towards obesity or the child is already obese if the child is having a higher weight which is not good as it can lead to multiple health related issues and overall growth of the child
