is it common for a teething baby to have a green poop? she is breastfed along with solids and didn't have any greeny vegetables. Her doc prescribed econorm still she is passing green stools. is it ok to be ignored?

A. so Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feeding babies. If it is f associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.
