Hello ma’am It doesn’t have any side-effect and I would like to tell you it is just a packet food for the child which you can introduce in the beginning when you are starting with semisolid after that slowly gradually you should be only giving home-cooked food to the child as that is a must. These kind of package tours are only good when you are travelling or when it is an emergency you don’t have anything at home that’s the time when should you should be using these foods
